A heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited us atPet Expo, whether as a new or old GDP friend. The warm smiles that greeted us and the furry paws that shook our hands will forever remain etched in our memory! As we recover from the post expo withdrawals, we figured we should take the time to walk you through our Pet Expo journey.

Right from the start, we knew we wanted our booth to be as experiential and memorable as possible - so we decided to play with our senses.

Perhaps the most eye-catching of them -THE massive hot air balloon. This is definitely one for the books. Standing at 3.5m tall, the hot air balloon was built from scratch by our lovely friends atLe FairyMeadow.

We toyed with a couple of variations of the hot air balloon but eventually settled on a safe and sturdy structure that emulated the feeling of actually being in one. Check out some of our fellow travelers:

Our booth at Pet Expo also saw the launch of four exclusive brands:Grandma Lucy’s,BARE,Carna4, andBarkshop.

We held hourly masterclasses conducted by our in-house Grandma Lucy - Jane - who demonstrated just how easy and convenient it was to prepare meals by Grandma Lucy’s. It was an open space which meant that the smell wafted down the aisles and gathered an army of doggos!

Grandma Lucy’s is known for their wholesome and nutritious meals. TheMacanna range in particular, was very popular. Many came to us enquiring about suitable diets for pets with sensitivities, and were delighted to know that a superfood recipe by Grandma Lucy’s existed! Readhere to learn more about the benefits!

The tasting sessions after were also a hit with both dogs and their owners! Yes! Even humans got a chance to taste of Grandma Lucy’s - it’s that safe!

BARE had its very first pop up at our booth and was very much welcomed by many dogs! Our very own treats bar featured14 BARE treats and 4BARE meal boosters. We’re extremely grateful for the overwhelming love and support of our new BARE brand which led to many bags and bottles flying off the shelves!

The meal boosters and Grandma Lucy’s recipes became an iconic super duo with the meal boosters acting as a further enhancer to the nutritional and palatability aspects of the already wholesome meals!

There were also many who showed their party tricks in exchange for some yummy BARE treats

We had the honour of showcasing Carna4 for the very first time in Singapore at Pet Expo. Despite being a fresher in the Singapore market, we had many Carna4 fans who came to us to relate their joy of finally having their favourite brand in their hometown.

Carna4hails from Canada and has a long history producing air dried synthetic-free food! The use of sprouted seeds in their recipes help to prevent cancer due to the high levels of naturally occurring antioxidants! Carna4 also boasts an ingredients list that you can actually read off, proving the use of synthetic-free ingredients!

Ooooh the number of squeaks we heard for 3 days! Our Barkshop toys garnered a lot of attention and had many doggos unleashing their ultimate puppy eyes so that they could go home with a couple. Just look at those very keen eyes!
