Just spray directly on my pups' coat and massage it in! Smell isn't overwhelming so it's easy on mine and pup's nose.
After treating a heavy infestation with fogging I still get the odd adult biting me every couple of days. This spray works generally, and takes them out with a few puffs.
However I try to get out of the room after spraying liberally as I had a sore throat after the 1x I didn’t.
It smells better than other sprays I’ve used previously.
