As mentioned in our previous two correspondences, we're not able to facilitate exchanges and returns for wearables as the hygiene and safety of dogs is paramount to us. We've also mentioned that it is very difficult to verify if wearables have been used, contaminated or compromised as we had episodes of such unfortunate incidents. We believe this policy is consistent throughout all major and responsible retailers in Singapore.

The description does indicate that the boots come in a set of two. I understand it may not be intuitive for customers to pick it up and we will find ways to make it more obvious. Thank you.
