This is a well made harness that works well on my little dog (7kg). I have only used the top clip and it doesn’t twist. To put it on you put your dogs head through the neck and clip the belly part to the top on either side. It is easy to adjust, super lightweight, and the handle is sturdy. I soak the padded harness in water before a walk to keep my pup cool. Also the clips sit on top of padding so they won’t catch on hair. Overall great harness and my girl looks great as well.
