As there's limited quantity, each customer can purchase 1 quantity per trial product and up to 5 products in a single order. Trial products are non-exchangeable, non-refundable nor returnable.

All trial products can only be purchased as part of an order with minimum value of $59 for free delivery.

Trial products are available while stock lasts and are refreshed time to time. You can register your email address under the Notify Me button on the product page to receive an email notification if item is back in stock.

Due to limited stock and limitations for some products, we are only able to provide trial products based on availability. You can email us or make a suggestion here and we will review.

Perishable trial products are repacked in food safe plastic/ zip lock packaging and heat sealed/ vacuum packed. Do only purchase if you’re comfortable. While expiry date is labelled on each product, we advise to consume within a week of receipt.

A notification is sent about a week post delivery to provide the link to the full size product. You can also refer to the full-size product link provided under the trial product page. If you’re unsure, do reach out to us via live chat or email for assistance.
