Responsibilities

  • Track day to day purchase orders and margins
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconciles daily transactions
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year end reporting and timely submission to external statutory bodies, e.g. tax filings, GST filing, preparation of financial statements, etc
  • Track monthly financial performance of the business against forecast and budget
  • Develop SOPs to ensure internal controls are in place and compliant with regulatory laws and regulations for financial, statutory, audit and tax requirements
  • Conduct monthly financial analysis to highlight risks / issues and influence business decisions to drive long-term value creation
  • Other financial ad-hoc duties and projects as required

  • Degree in Accountancy, CA (preferred) with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous and detail oriented

  • Fluency in Xero and Google Office Suite is a plus
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus
