My dog neck is between 12-13 inch, size L is too big for him.

Easy to wear and wash. Fits my Spitz well. But seems a little bulky and he has to get use to it.

I got Size S for my maltese who weighs 3.65kg, who has a neck circumference of about 8 inches. It fits well and my girl looked comfortable in it. In fact, I thought she secretly likes it as she does not struggle and would lift her head up for me to put it on. She snored while sleeping with it!
Definitely recommend this over the hard cone.

I was afraid the medium would be too big for my dog but it is not! so please size up!
Other than that, definitely comfier than the plastic e-collar!

Recommended to size up if in between size as it’s adjustable. Much more comfortable than the usual hard or soft cones.

The Kong cone can be further tightened with a collar so it will not fall off which is really good! Advise to get a size larger instead of the suggested size so the cone will be bigger to prevent your fur kid from licking his lower body.
